About the Position:
PetRelocation Specialists are responsible for providing the full spectrum of exceptional service to our clients. Specialists are responsible for lead and account management using our existing CRM, as well as arranging and managing the logistics of a client's pet relocation.
Core objectives within the position are:
- Meeting and exceeding lead conversion and customer satisfaction goals in an upward-moving, dynamic work environment.

- Establishing and maintaining relocation industry relationships to provide opportunities for new business development.

Required Skills:

About the Business Development Associate:
The Corporate Business Development Associate will be responsible for reaching out to existing corporate accounts to generate additional business as well as prospecting for new contracts. The Corporate Business Development Associate will also be responsible for documenting the process and providing reports on their progress. Responsibilities will include:
- Establish relationships with relocation service providers, HR executives, senior management and corporate development teams

- Proactively maintain account information and processes including:
o Document account contact and opportunity information in our CRM
o Log opportunity interactions

- Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
- Schedule and make UPS and FedEx deliveries
- Provide basic, minimal data entry support (typing airway bills, completing letter templates, etc.)
- Assist Vendor Manager in maintaining vendor schedule to show daily bookings in US cities
- Contact veterinarian offices and boarding clinics to obtain necessary details (no direct client contact is required)

The Accounts Payable Clerk reports to the CEO and Director of Finance and is responsible for all aspects of payables including entering invoices, preparing checks, and other tasks as needed. Prompt, organized individual with accounts payable experience desired. General accounting background required. Experience with Excel a must. Should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, team player & have excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, and rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
· Duties & Responsibilities:
•Processes all check requests, invoices, statements and lease/note payments.
•Reviews and enters transactions into the QuickBooks Accounting System.
•Collects appropriate approvals, signatures and source documents for payments prior to processing.
•Reviews and updates vendor lists as needed.
•Reconciles A/P and credit card accounts monthly for accuracy.
•Reconciles Cash accounts on a monthly basis and processes expenses in general ledger.
•Prepares and mails out checks on a timely basis.
•Maintains vendor relations and resolves any issues in a timely manner.
•Assists department in making copies, filing, and other similar tasks as assigned by Director of Finance.
•Work on special projects and general office duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
•Accounting associate degree or equivalent preferred
•Ability to work under deadlines and timelines required.
•Ability to input data accurately required.
•1-2 years of accounting experience/knowledge required, preferably in Accounts Payable.
•Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks experience required.
