About the Position:

PetRelocation Specialists are responsible for providing the full spectrum of exceptional service to our clients.  Specialists are responsible for lead and account management using our existing CRM, as well as arranging and managing the logistics of a client's pet relocation.

Core objectives within the position are:

  • Meeting and exceeding lead conversion and customer satisfaction goals in an upward-moving, dynamic work environment.
  • Understanding the client needs and going above and beyond to facilitate them.
  • Establishing and maintaining relocation industry relationships to provide opportunities for new business development.
  • Maintaining a high level understanding of the pet relocation and pet travel industry in general.
  • Take leads generated through marketing activities/self-efforts and develop them into customers by communicating our unique value proposition tailored to the customer's needs
  • Provide sales contact and, utilizing a consultative approach, evaluate and understand prospect's/businesses needs
  • Meet and exceed outlined daily tasks and activities
  • Maintain the sales database, including comprehensive data entry, setting tasks for follow-up and lead-tracking
  • Maintain current knowledge of the company's products, offerings and competitive product advantages

Required Skills: 

  • 2-3 years sales/Customer Service/Account Management experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must
  • Articulate, professional, enthusiastic attitude and a focus on results are required
  • B2B sales experience (including solutions selling) a plus
  • Excellent phone presence and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Excellent follow-up skills
  • Capable of taking prospects thru the sales/customer service process and closing the sale
  • Ability to assess tasks and prioritize high potential customers effectively
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Landslide or equivalent CRM is preferred

About the Business Development Associate:
The Corporate Business Development Associate will be responsible for reaching out to existing corporate accounts to generate additional business as well as prospecting for new contracts. The Corporate Business Development Associate will also be responsible for documenting the process and providing reports on their progress. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated self-starter to help craft a new department within a growing company.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Establish relationships with relocation service providers, HR executives, senior management and corporate development teams
  • Identify potential business opportunities using online research tools as well as traditional outbound sales tools
  • Proactively maintain account information and processes including:

          o   Document account contact and opportunity information in our CRM
          o   Log opportunity interactions
          o   Move opportunities through the sales funnel in an organized manner

  • Monitor  lead generation through corporate landing pages
  • Establish and monitor business development metrics
  • Assist marketing department in promoting and marketing corporate service solutions
  • Work with sales specialists at PetRelocation.com to help identify and close new potential corporate accounts
  • Secure, schedule and produce remote and on-site presentations
  • Attend industry conferences as-needed to gain new business leads

Required Skills:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

About the Support Specialist:
We're looking for a responsible, detail-oriented thinker who is good at multi-tasking and staying organized who can support our Specialist team with their clients.  If you can't live without a to-do list, this is the job for you!

The ideal candidate would be detail-oriented, an excellent communicator and a perfectionist who enjoys making sure each and every piece of paper is always in the right place!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Book flights with various airlines for client's pets
  • Research routing options, country import requirements and other needed information for Specialists
  • Update client accounts in CRM to reflect completed or in progress tasks and activities
  • Provide basic, minimal receptionist duties (taking messages, answering the phone, routing callers accordingly)
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Schedule and make UPS and FedEx deliveries
  • Provide basic, minimal data entry support (typing airway bills, completing letter templates, etc.)
  • Assist Vendor Manager in maintaining vendor schedule to show daily bookings in US cities
  • Contact veterinarian offices and boarding clinics to obtain necessary details (no direct client contact is required)

Required Skills:

Strong written and oral communication skills

Attention to detail

Familiarity with online resources (Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

Strong computer skills

Preferred Skills:

Office management and/or administrator experience

Logistics and/or scheduling experience
